Loula's Cafe

Our Delicious Story

LouLa’s Café is the second restaurant for Montana friends and restaurateurs Mary Lou Covey and Laura Hansen. They are the Lou and the La that together know what it takes to make a restaurant work. LouLa’s is family owned and operated with emphasis on “made from scratch” dishes using fresh and local products.  We feature Farm to Market pork, hormone & antibiotic free Montana beef, and local produce when available.

LouLa’s Café is located in the Historic Masonic temple building in downtown Whitefish.  It occupies the lower level in two large sunny rooms filled with art and photography by local artists.

They All Love Our Food

We had family in town visiting, so we took them to Loula's for breakfast. Our food and service were top notch!! And, the pie......amazing!! They had plenty of Gluten Free options for myself, which is so nice. Just love this place!!

Lovely location in downtown Whitefish. Had the Lemon Raspberry French toast and shared with my husband...wow!!

My favorite was the cherry boysenberry pie, loved the tart juicy cherries and slightly sweet berries, the crust was light with a sugar layer! Must try!!! The poached eggs on the Benedict were perfectly runny and creamy, the sauce was only slightly buttery and ham was shaved and slightly browned! Another must try!

Great staff, their pies were delish!! I recommend the strawberry rhubarb or the huckleberry/cherry pie! Their Lemon stuffed French toast was also yummy!
